Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and prioritize staying healthy and active. I’m passionate about fitness and love training at the gym. One of my favorite challenges was leading a hybrid migration to Exchange Online for a 1,500+ user organization. This wasn’t just about moving mailboxes—it was about modernizing the entire messaging environment while keeping the business running smoothly.
From planning and risk assessments to managing vendors and guiding my team, I focused on clear communication and proactive problem-solving. The result? A seamless transition with zero downtime and a stronger, more secure email infrastructure that sets the stage for future growth.

I’ve always believed that staying sharp is key to great leadership, so continuous learning is part of who I am. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University, which gave me a solid foundation in both tech and business strategy.
Along the way, I’ve added certifications like Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert, VMware Certified Professional, and Exchange Server Specialist to keep my skills fresh and relevant. For me, every certification is more than a credential—it’s a commitment to delivering the best solutions for the teams and organizations I serve.

Some of my most rewarding projects include leading a seamless hybrid migration to Exchange Online for over 1,500 users, directing a major email infrastructure upgrade from Exchange 2013 to 2016 and 2019 with zero critical downtime, and developing PowerShell automation that cut routine admin tasks by 40%.
Each of these projects challenged me to balance technical precision with big-picture strategy, always keeping the focus on creating reliable, secure, and scalable solutions that help businesses succeed.
