With over two decades in IT, I’ve worn many hats—system architect, problem-solver, mentor, and strategist. My expertise spans ITIL, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Active Directory, and cloud migrations, but what I love most is taking complex challenges and breaking them down into clear, actionable solutions.
Whether it’s leading a hybrid migration or optimizing infrastructure, I thrive on making technology work smarter and more securely for the business. IT isn’t just about servers and scripts—it’s about people, trust, and progress.

One of my favorite challenges was leading a hybrid migration to Exchange Online for a 1,500+ user organization. This wasn’t just about moving mailboxes—it was about modernizing the entire messaging environment while keeping the business running smoothly.
From planning and risk assessments to managing vendors and guiding my team, I focused on clear communication and proactive problem-solving. The result? A seamless transition with zero downtime and a stronger, more secure email infrastructure that sets the stage for future growth.
I’ve always believed that staying sharp is key to great leadership, so continuous learning is part of who I am. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University, which gave me a solid foundation in information technology service management.
Along the way, I’ve added certifications like ITIL v4, Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert, O365 Teams Administrator, VMware Certified Professional, and Exchange Server Specialist to keep my skills fresh and relevant. For me, every certification is more than a credential—it’s a commitment to delivering the best solutions for the teams and organizations I serve.
Led a project to implement ITIL-based incident and change management processes, streamlining workflows and reducing messaging and infrastructure service disruptions by improving response and resolution times.
Planned and executed a phased migration from Exchange 2013, 2016 to Exchange 2019, followed by hybrid migration to Exchange Online for 1,500+ users. Focused on zero-downtime transition, improved compliance, and enhanced email security.
Led migration of users, groups, and resources across multiple AD domains into a unified forest. Ensured minimal disruption and full security policy enforcement across 4+ sites.
Spearheaded implementation of automated email signatures across the Exchange environment to ensure consistent branding and compliance. Developed and deployed templates centrally managed via transport rules and third-party tools, reducing manual updates and support requests.
